Being a bay area family photographer, I have come to photograph people in a great variety of situations and locations. After the subjects themselves, the setting is one of the most important pieces in a family photography session. Think about the places where your family spends most time together, the places you are most comfortable in, having the most fun. Some of the best family photos come not from studio portraits, but from families truly enjoying one another on the front porch, in their living room, in their backyard, or at a nearby park or favorite playground.

Families deserve great portraits that capture the spirit of each individual, as well as the bonds they share when they come together.
