A Bay Area Photographer Your Children Will Connect With

Sorry for having been away for a while… been on vacation, shooting pictures of course…

Bay Area Photographer for Kids and FamiliesAre you a busy parent? Always in motion with your kids? I know how stressful it may be sometimes to juggle the priorities you have in life once kids are in the picture (no pun intended). It doesn’t matter how busy we may be as parents, it is always a great idea to schedule a session with a bay area photographer while our kids are still young. These precious early years will be gone in no time, and photos are a great way to capture these fleeting moments.

I love to photograph children. They are some of the best subjects a photographer can hope to have in front of a lens. Any photographer. Yet, I strive to capture your children at their most precious age with a gentle, natural touch. I call it organic photography. And I connect with them really well being a mother of three myself ;) which leads to pretty good results time after time. Check my gallery out and see for yourself.

When It Comes To Portraits, Personality Is Key

Hire a Bay Area PhotographerThere are plenty of approaches one could take to bay area photography. The approach I find most successful, and that I find my clients most appreciate, is the personal approach. Family portraits, especially portraits of kids, should convey the warmth and personality of the subject and that of the family. One of the best ways to capture these qualities is to choose straightforward, natural and familiar locations.

My favorite places to take family and kids portrait photos are in parks and backyards, or with other simple backgrounds that are familiar to your own family. Bay area photography should reflect the unique personality of each family, and I aim to take photos that will evoke pride and joy in your family now, and strong nostalgia and appreciation for years to come.

Family Portraits: Capture Memories for an Eternity

Bay Area Photographer for Kids and FamiliesThe days during which your children are young will be some of the most memorable you will ever experience. As they grow (way too quickly, most parents might add), you will look back on those early years with a measure of nostalgia. Your children, too, will want to look back and see photos of themselves in their youth. As a bay area photographer who is also a parent, I understand this nostalgia. My kids’ early years are the most precious to me.

That is why I am so happy to have been able to capture some very special moments in photographs, and why I have become a bay area photographer. My family and child photography practice is focused on letting the unique qualities of each child and each family come through in the photographs I take. I choose natural lighting and settings over impersonal portrait studios with artificial lighting. I encourage you to peruse my gallery, and to contact me if you are interested in a session for your own child or family.

The Beauty of Family Photographs

Bay Area Child PhotographyDo you wish your kids to have visual memories of the fun they had playing together in their youth? One of the best ways to preserve those memories, and to pass them on, is to have a bay area family photographer spend sometime with you and your kids now, when these memories are being created. With tasteful and personal photographs taken in your family’s familiar settings, you will have an invaluable heirloom that you can cherish when your children have grown; one that your children too can pass on to their own kids years down the line.

As a passionate and experienced bay area family photographer, I will spend time working with your family to decide on the right setting and the right time of day to get the best lighting and carefree backdrop to capture timeless images of your children as they play together. I know that the photos I have of my own kids when they were younger have been very meaningful to me as I watch them grow, and I would love to give you that distinct opportunity as well.
